Are you a hands-on problem solver with a knack for repairs and renovations? Trillium Staffing is looking for Building Maintenance Technicians to join our team in Cleveland, OHI!

What You'll Do:

Step into a dynamic role where every day brings a new challenge! As a Building Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for:

• Performing high-quality repairs, refurbishments, and modifications on modular buildings and containers
• Tackling a variety of tasks, including framing, finish carpentry, electrical work, flooring, plumbing, painting, and running gear maintenance
• Working independently in a fast-paced environment
• Lifting up to 50 lbs while handling your daily tasks What to

Shift:

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM

• 3:30 PM, with occasional overtime

• Competitive Pay:

  Starting at $23
• $25 per hr (based on experience)

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years Carpentry experience.
• Ability to use hand tools
• Must know how to read a tape measure
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass any pre-employment screenings.
