MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

$28.90/HR Join our team as a Maintenance Technician! We are looking for a dependable, skilled individual with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities to help maintain and repair industrial machinery and equipment. Job Responsibilities Promote and maintain a safe, healthy work environment. Inspect and maintain engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machinery. Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems, including motors. Use hoists, cranes, hand tools, and power tools to complete maintenance tasks. Fabricate and repair parts and adjust functional components as needed. Maintain equipment parts and supplies. Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding maintenance needs and equipment issues. Diagnose problems and apply effective troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques. ✅ Qualifications & Experience High school diploma or GED required. Technical or trade school preferred. Manufacturing or industrial maintenance experience preferred. Some welding experience required. Must be willing to become certified in-house for crane, forklift, lift equipment, and/or mobile equipment operation. ️ Knowledge & Skills Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude. Ability to read and understand diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, instructions, and engineering specifications. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications. Ability to follow instructions and work independently. Ability to stand for 10-12 hours . Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
