Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues on production equipment Perform equipment adjustments, repairs, and rebuilds using manuals and blueprints Conduct routine maintenance to minimize downtime Maintain clean and organized work areas Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Qualifications and Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience required Experience working with production or manufacturing equipment Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to stand for extended periods and perform hands-on work Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings
