We're looking for a dependable, motivated Handyman who enjoys working with their hands, solving problems, and taking pride in quality work. This is a hands-on position with a wide variety of residential repair and improvement projects. One day you may be repairing drywall, the next helping install a ceiling fan, painting a room, assembling a deck, or assisting with plumbing or carpentry repairs. No two days are the same. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys learning new skills, wants variety instead of doing the same task every day, and takes pride in helping homeowners. Responsibilities Complete residential repair and maintenance projects safely and professionally. Perform general handyman work including drywall repairs, painting, carpentry, minor plumbing, electrical fixture replacement, and other home repairs. Diagnose problems and recommend practical solutions. Use hand and power tools safely and effectively. Maintain a clean and organized work area on every job site. Communicate professionally with homeowners and coworkers. Load, unload, organize, and maintain company tools and materials. Assist with a variety of home improvement projects as business needs require. Represent the company with professionalism and a positive attitude. Qualifications Experience performing general home repairs or handyman work preferred. Comfortable using common hand and power tools. Valid driver's license with reliable transportation to our Cleveland Heights office. Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to learn new skills across multiple trades. Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to perform physical work throughout the day. Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
