Facilities Maintenance Supervisor Join a Team That Keeps One of Columbus' Premier Destinations Running We're looking for a Facilities Maintenance Technician who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly and looking their best. In this role, you'll help maintain the systems, spaces, and infrastructure that support a vibrant shopping center environment. What You'll Do As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you'll help ensure the shopping center operates safely, efficiently, and at the high standard our merchants and guests expect.
Key responsibilities include:
Perform maintenance and repair on building systems including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and architectural components. Maintain interior and exterior common areas throughout the shopping center and project facilities. Execute preventative maintenance programs to keep equipment and systems operating efficiently. Utilize maintenance documentation such as repair procedures, manufacturer data, safety sheets, and work orders to complete assignments. Prepare and maintain repair logs, test reports, and work documentation accurately. Monitor and report inventory levels for maintenance parts and supplies . Maintain tools, equipment, and furnishings in safe working condition . Identify and report unsafe conditions and recommend solutions to minimize maintenance costs and improve efficiency. Provide professional service and collaborate with merchants, corporate teams, and other departments to support the success of the center.
