    • to help keep our state-of-the-art distribution facility running efficiently. ?

    • Pay Rate:
    • $32.50/hour ?
    • Contract-to-Hire Opportunity
    • (Direct hire after 3-4 months based on performance and attendance)
    • What You'll Do
    • + Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain conveyors and material handling equipment + Perform preventive and predictive maintenance + Read blueprints and electrical schematics + Support electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems + Manage work orders and maintenance activity through CMMS + Track downtime, maintenance records, and spare parts inventory
    • What We're Looking For
    • + 2+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, distribution, or automation environments + Experience with conveyors, MHE, or automated systems + Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics + Strong electrical and troubleshooting skills + High School Diploma or GED
    • Preferred Experience
    • + PLCs and controls + Robotics and automation + CMMS systems + Mechanical/Electrical certifications, degree, or apprenticeship training
    • Work Environment
    • + Large automated distribution facility + Up to 10,000 steps per shift + Lift up to 49 lbs. + Open to any 10-hour shift schedule

    • This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dayton, OH.
    • Pay and Benefits
    • The pay range for this position is $25.
    00 - $40.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
