The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and must provide their own tools. This property has approximately 11 units to turn, and each unit may require different tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Complete all apartment make-ready/turnover duties Install ceiling fans, garbage disposals, and folding doors Install and replace refrigerators, ovens, and other appliances Replace outlet covers, switches, and minor fixtures Perform light electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance tasks Ensure apartments are move-in ready and meet quality standards

Requirements:
