Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical systems, including three-phase motors.
Manage, track, and complete work orders using L2L software.
Setup, adjust, teardown, and rebuild equipment, gearboxes, drives, and filling lines.
Maintain clean workspace standards adhering to 5S principles and cGMP practices.
Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Safety teams to resolve equipment issues using Root Cause Analysis (RCA). experience 1-4 years skills Associate Degree, Trade School Certificate, or Military Technical Training.

Perform routine preventative maintenance (inspecting motors, drives, belts, fluid levels, and filter replacements). Provide emergency and unscheduled repairs to production and facility equipment. Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical systems, including three-phase motors. Manage, track, and complete work orders using L2L software. Setup, adjust, teardown, and rebuild equipment, gearboxes, drives, and filling lines. Maintain clean workspace standards adhering to 5S principles and cGMP practices. Proficient with hand/power tools, machine shop tools (lathes, mills, drill presses, hydraulic presses), and precision measuring instruments.Safety & Quality Standards:
Strong knowledge of industrial safety (Lock-out/Tag-out, Fall Protection, PPE) and standard operating procedures.Computer & Math Skills:
Proficient in basic computer functions (Excel, MS Office) and general arithmetic.
