Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Full-Time Maintenance Engineer to join our hotel team. This role is essential in ensuring our property remains safe, functional, and comfortable for all guests and staff. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, detail-oriented person, with experienced in general building maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing and pools, electrical, and mechanical systems Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure equipment and facilities operate efficiently Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff Maintain maintenance logs and records of repairs Ensure compliance with safety standards and hotel policies Assist with property upkeep, including grounds and exterior maintenance

Qualifications:

Previous maintenance experience required (hotel experience preferred) Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and pools, and electrical systems Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks Must be reliable, professional, and team-oriented

Schedule Requirements:

Full-time position with flexible availability Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts as needed
