We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join a leading senior care organization. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various building systems, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical. You will use specialized tools to perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs while ensuring safety and compliance. This position offers a chance to work with a mission-driven organization that values quality care and teamwork.Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance and repairs on building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems. Inspect building equipment regularly to ensure proper functioning and safety. Perform preventive maintenance and scheduled checks as assigned. Maintain accurate logs and records of all maintenance activities and repairs. Assist contractors with repairs and inspections as needed.Qualifications and Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required. At least three (3) years of experience in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or mechanical systems. Valid Driver's License. Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings. Basic computer skills and experience with maintenance management software. Knowledge of NFPA 99 Health Care Facilities Code is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours when needed.Benefits and Perks:
