Job Summary:

Crown Staffing is seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to join stable, union manufacturing environments in Lebanon and Morine, OH. These direct hire roles offer competitive pay, long-term growth, and opportunities to work in team-focused environments. Technicians will perform a variety of maintenance tasks, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs, as well as building and equipment support. Welding, PLC, and computer skills are a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform skilled maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of manufacturing equipment Maintain and repair electrical systems including panels, wiring, motors, starters, and circuits Install and service industrial electrical controls up to 480V three-phase systems Diagnose and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Perform preventive maintenance on machines, work centers, and building systems Operate equipment such as forklifts, bucket lifts, and power tools Source and control subcontractors for building and machine repairs Maintain spare parts inventory and collaborate with outside machine shops for special projects Support continuous improvement efforts including Lean, 5S, Kanban, and waste reduction Follow all safety programs and company performance standards Communicate effectively and manage time efficiently Provide tools to production for machine adjustments and changeovers Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Work on team projects involving machinery and building improvements

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required; 2-year technical degree preferred 2-3 years industrial or automotive maintenance experience preferred 3 years general, mechanical, and electrical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment Ability to read and interpret technical documents Experience with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Welding experience preferred Experience in lean or JIT manufacturing environments a plus Computer skills, including Microsoft Office 365 Ability to operate a propane-powered forklift preferred Background check: no felonies or misdemeanors in the last 7 years

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:

Manufacturing setting with exposure to noise and varying temperatures Frequent standing, walking, use of hands, and reaching Occasional sitting, climbing, kneeling, and balancing Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally Vision requirements include close, distant, peripheral, and depth perception
