Maintenance Tech II position plays a critical role in ensuring the overall functionality, safety, and appearance of our property. You will be responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance and repairs, responding to service requests, and contributing to the well-being and satisfaction of our residents.
Responsibilities:
Complete work orders promptly and efficiently including maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment repairs, and service requests Perform routine maintenance checks to ensure all equipment including but not limited to HVAC, appliances, etc. are in good working order. Conduct regular inspections of common areas, grounds, and apartment units, identifying and addressing maintenance concerns and safety hazards. Complete/assist unit turns and inspections Maintain the curb appeal of the property by performing landscaping, groundskeeping, and snow removal duties when needed. Monitor and manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment Performs additional duties as needed to support business operations
Qualifications:
1-2 years of property maintenance or related experience Working knowledge of maintenance tools, safety procedures and general repair practices Willingness to obtain certifications in HVAC and CPO or other relevant certifications if needed Strong resident relation skills Ability to lift 50 pounds Ability to stand/walk for the majority of the day
