What You'll Do Complete building work orders and service requests as assigned. Paint and assist with the upkeep of the grounds including landscaping. Reports all mechanical failure or negative conditions as observed in assigned area to Maintenance Director. Fix fixtures, heating/cooling units, etc. Maintain maintenance equipment. Perform day-to-day maintenance functions for the community to include carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical & HVAC. Maintain the physical appearance of the community. What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED desirable. Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience. Knowledge and experience with the use of power tools. Ability to communicate with co-workers, residents and family members. Ability to apply basic math skills. Make routine decisions requiring minimal judgment which may affect internal department.
