Job Description

Ohio We are searching for a part time Maintenance Technician to join our team at our 36 unit apartment building in charming Hudson, Ohio. To be successful as an Maintenance Technician, you should be well organized, and have a solid maintenance background. You must possess a valid driver's license and pass a background check.
Apartment Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
Perform preventive maintenance to the interior and exterior of the rental homes. HVAC/plumbing/light electrical/carpentry/drywall/appliance installation. Respond to and make all necessary repairs for existing tenants Turn units for new move in's Be available for on call evening and weekend for emergencies.
Qualifications:
Minimum of two years maintenance experience. General knowledge of flooring work, carpentry, plumbing, painting, tile, and electrical. Excellent customer service skills. Dependable and great attitude. Must have own basic tools. Must have valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
Physical requirements:
