You are an experienced Corporate Facilities Technician with at least one (1) year of general maintenance experience. Overall, you're responsible for completing work orders in a timely manner by performing repair and maintenance services. as needed. as well as maintaining curb appeal of the corporate office. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Complete work orders and maintain grounds Maintain safe conditions and curb appeal throughout the corporate office and other assigned locations Deliver the highest level of service to team members Seasonal duties such as landscaping, snow removal, etc. WHAT YOU NEED
At least one (1) year of facility maintenance or other relevant experience General maintenance skills including HVAC, electrical, gas, plumbing, carpentry, painting and appliance repair Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to problem solve Reliable transportation, valid driver's license and motor vehicle insurance Apply today and join our mission to build community and change lives.
