NO Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and being challenged? If so, Stanley Electric is the place for you! We are seeking Facility Maintenance Technician with experience repairing and performing preventive maintenance on electrical, HVAC, Compressed Air and residential equipment.

Enduring smooth operations with minimal unplanned downtime by: Repairing and maintaining equipment as assigned Conducting periodic equipment inspections Addressing mechanical, control, thermal, and electrical problems Researching, testing, and implementing new products and cost cutting ideas

HOW YOU WILL QUALIFY
High school diploma or GED Minimum of 3 years technical experience (2 Year Degree is equivalent to 1 year of experience and 4 Year Degree is equivalent to 2 years of experience) Ability to lift 50 pounds. Ability to independently identify and repair problems of a moderately complex nature Ability to work with minimal supervision Identifies, schedules, and manages improvement and group activities Applies knowledge of repairs and troubleshooting with minimal guidance Uses independent judgment on a regular basis Demonstrates thorough knowledge of department processes Performs moderately complex troubleshooting and repairs Mentor lower-level technicians
WORKING CONDITIONS
General Office Environment (1.5) hours per day Manufacturing Environment (6.5 ) hour per day Occasional overnight travel may be required to perform essential functions at remote locations or receive training. Required to work overtime (unplanned and unscheduled) to meet customer deadlines and requirements.
HAZARDS:
While performing the job the position is frequently exposed to moving or mechanical parts. Moderate noise levels with specific areas required to wear hearing protection.
