A Building and General Maintenance Technician performs building maintenance and appliance repairs for an apartment complex, housing division, residential center or business, as directed by a property manager.
Elyria, OH We are hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment in a manufacturing environment. If you have strong mechanical and electrical maintenance experience and enjoy solving problems, we'd like to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Perform preventive maintenance and equipment repairs. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled equipment. Repair conveyors, motors, pumps, gearboxes, bearings, and drive systems. Read blueprints and electrical schematics. Assist with equipment installations and continuous improvement projects. Follow OSHA and company safety standards.
Qualifications:
Manufacturing maintenance experience required. Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. Experience with PLCs, VFDs, motors, and control circuits preferred. Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings. Welding/fabrication experience is a plus. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a manufacturing environment.
