Maintenance Technician Position We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team for a part-time, 20-hour-per-week position. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining and improving our properties by ensuring timely and high-quality maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to and complete work orders efficiently and effectively. Prepare and flip vacant units promptly to meet occupancy goals. Collaborate well with team members to achieve shared objectives. Follow instructions and directives from the Manager and Supervisor.

Facilities on demand:

Preventive & corrective maintenance, Mechanical troubleshooting, drywall, plumbing

Qualifications:

Proven background in maintenance or a related field. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
