Full-Time Position Summary TerraWorks is seeking a dependable, skilled, and self-motivated Commercial Property Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance, repairs, renovations, and improvement projects across our commercial properties. This is a hands-on position for someone who is comfortable working in multiple trades, including HVAC, plumbing, demolition, drywall, concrete/cement work, general construction, and property maintenance . The ideal candidate takes ownership of their work, follows directions, solves problems, and can complete projects efficiently with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities Perform general maintenance and repairs at commercial properties. Troubleshoot and complete basic to intermediate HVAC repairs and maintenance . Perform plumbing repairs , including faucets, toilets, drains, fixtures, piping, and other common plumbing issues. Complete demolition and removal work as needed for renovations and repairs. Install, repair, finish, and patch drywall . Perform concrete/cement work , pouring pads, patching, repairs, and other related projects. Complete general carpentry, painting, installation, and building repair projects. Diagnose maintenance issues and determine appropriate solutions. Respond to property maintenance and repair needs in a timely manner. Safely operate hand tools, power tools, ladders, and other maintenance equipment. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Keep tools, equipment, and materials organized. Communicate project status, material needs, and potential problems to management. Follow company procedures, safety requirements, and instructions. Complete assigned projects independently and ensure work is completed correctly and professionally. Qualifications Previous experience in commercial property maintenance, construction, facilities maintenance, or a skilled trade preferred. Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, drywall, demolition, concrete/cement, carpentry, and general building maintenance. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to understand instructions and complete assignments without constant supervision. Self-driven, dependable, and able to manage time and priorities independently. Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship. Ability to recognize when a repair can be handled independently and when additional expertise is required. Comfortable working in occupied and unoccupied commercial properties. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the position. Physical Requirements This is an active, hands-on position. The employee must be able to: Lift and carry tools, materials, and equipment. Bend, kneel, climb, reach, and work in various positions. Use ladders and work at heights when necessary. Work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions. Perform physically demanding maintenance, demolition, and construction-related tasks. Pay:
$21.00 - $24.00 per hour
