Lead Countertop Installer (Experienced Only) Signature Stone Design, LLC. -

$25-$30 per hour (based on experience) Full-Time | Steady Work Signature Stone Design is seeking a highly skilled Lead Countertop Installer with proven experience in granite, quartz, and quartzite installation . This is a leadership role for someone who can run a crew, handle complex installs, and deliver top-tier craftsmanship without supervision. This is NOT an entry-level position. Applicants without solid installation experience will not be considered.

What You'll Do:

Lead and manage install crews independently Execute precise installations with tight seams and clean finishes Handle field modifications and problem-solving on-site Ensure every job meets high-end quality standards Represent the company professionally with customers

What We're Looking For:

3-5+ years of hands-on countertop installation experience Strong seam setting and leveling skills Ability to read layouts and make adjustments in the field Leadership experience running a crew Clean driving record Reliable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in their work
