On-Site Pay:

$20-$30 per hour, based on experience Natorp Nursery—one of the region's leading nursery and greenhouse operations—is hiring a hands-on, project-driven Facilities Maintenance Crew Member to support our expanding facility. What You'll Do You'll work as part of our Facilities team to maintain and improve our nursery and greenhouse infrastructure. Daily work includes a mix of mechanical, construction, and irrigation-related tasks such as: Light construction projects — repairs, new builds, concrete work Irrigation system installation & repair — fixing breaks, installing lines, troubleshooting Pump maintenance and basic mechanical troubleshooting Greenhouse environmental control systems — monitoring and maintaining mechanical controls Operating equipment such as Bobcat, excavator, forklift, and scissor lift (training provided) Supporting facility-wide safety programs and contributing to project planning What Makes You a Strong Fit We're looking for someone who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in completing projects safely and efficiently. Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Experience with power tools, construction, or mechanical systems (or willingness to be trained) Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work indoors/outdoors in all seasons Valid driver's license with an excellent driving record Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude Self-motivated, reliable, and eager to grow your skill set Must be 18 years or older

Compensation & Benefits Pay Range:

$20-$30 per hour , depending on experience and skill level.

Schedule:
