Job Description
Overview Join ThermoLok as an Installer and help deliver professional smart thermostat and smart lock installations for commercial hotels. You'll work room by room on active hotel properties, installing and testing equipment to a clear standard: every system must communicate and function correctly before the job is complete. This role is hands-on, travel-based, and built for people who take pride in clean, reliable work. Responsibilities Install smart thermostats, transmitters, and smart door locks in hotel rooms Install panic door hardware as needed Program locks and verify system communication with thermostats and access equipment Test heat, cooling, and lock functions before leaving each room Follow ThermoLok's install process and quality standards on every job Work efficiently on multi-room and multi-floor hotel projects Keep tools, materials, and work areas clean and organized Remove trash and leave rooms guest-ready Communicate progress and issues clearly with the team lead or owner Travel to hotel job sites as scheduled Experience Hands-on installation, maintenance, or trades experience preferred Comfortable using basic hand tools and power tools safely Able to follow step-by-step install procedures and quality checks Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in hotel environments Willing to travel for multi-day hotel projects Strong work ethic and professional appearance on client properties Customer-facing communication skills a plus Prior HVAC, electrical, locksmith, or hotel maintenance experience is helpful but not required Join ThermoLok if you want steady hotel install work, clear standards, and a team focused on doing the job right.
