Schedule:
Monday - Friday Second Shift Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on industrial mixing and filling equipment, conveyance systems, motors, pumps, and robotic systems. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues. Conduct equipment inspections to identify wear, leaks, or potential failures before they impact production. Support equipment changeovers, adjustments, and calibrations to meet production needs. Maintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders, and documentation in the CMMS system. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve equipment performance and reliability. Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment and systems. Adhere to all safety standards, LOTO procedures, and company maintenance policies. Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and increase efficiency. Maintain proper housekeeping and organization in maintenance and production areas. What makes you a good fit High School Diploma or GED required; Technical or Trade School certification preferred. 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in food, beverage, or chemical manufacturing. Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude; ability to read schematics, blueprints, and manuals. Experience with VFDs, PLCs, sensors, pumps, conveyors, and robotic systems. Working knowledge of preventative maintenance programs and CMMS software. Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. This range reflects the good‑faith minimum and maximum hourly rate the Company reasonably expects to offer for this position at the time of posting. This role is classified as non‑exempt, and employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. In addition to the hourly wage, employees in this position may be eligible for shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, or other forms of compensation, depending on role and location. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as the candidate's skills, experience, training, certifications, and work location.
