Permanent Nights | 7:00 PM

• 7:00 AM | 2-2-3 Schedule We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician with strong electrical troubleshooting skills and working knowledge of Allen-Bradley PLC systems.

This role supports standalone production equipment in a stable manufacturing environment. This is a permanent night shift position with a predictable 2-2-3 schedule. The schedule structure results in 88 paid hours per two-week cycle, including built-in overtime. Compensation & Benefits Average annual earnings: $65,000

• 95,000 (including built-in overtime and profit sharing) $3,000 sign-on bonus (tiered payout) Quarterly profit sharing Medical, dental, and vision effective Day 1 401(k) with company match Tool replacement program Tuition assistance (after one year) Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues on industrial equipment Perform preventative maintenance on machinery Troubleshoot motors, drives (VFDs), sensors, and control circuits Read and interpret electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic prints Complete welding and fabrication tasks as needed Enter accurate maintenance data into CMMS Qualifications Minimum 2+ years of industrial manufacturing maintenance experience Electrical troubleshooting skills (480V systems preferred) Experience working with Allen-Bradley PLCs is a plus.
