Maintenance Technician 1st shift - New Albany At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Maintenance Technician 1st shift to work with Bright Skilled in New Albany. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our production facility. Shift patterns Monday - Friday 6:30am-3pm Pay rates 30.00 - 35.00 USD hourly Essential requirements for Maintenance Technician 1st shift Must have experience performing maintenance on production, manufacturing, or automated equipment Must have proven ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, or hydraulic equipment issues Must have the ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, or equipment diagrams Must have basic computer skills and experience using math for measurements, calculations, or maintenance tasks Must have the ability to repair small engines, motors, or similar mechanical equipment Skills requirements for Maintenance Technician 1st shift Preventive maintenance on equipment or machinery Experience diagnosing equipment malfunctions and identifying root causes of failures Lockout Tagout (LOTO) Role for Maintenance Technician 1st shift Maintain and repair production machinery to ensure operational efficiency Conduct regular inspections of mechanical and electrical systems Document maintenance activities and parts usage accurately Benefits for Maintenance Technician 1st shift Competitive hourly compensation Consistent first-shift schedule Opportunity to work with advanced manufacturing equipment
