Maintenance Technician

Position Summary:

Axium Packaging is seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians to support and maintain production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electrical, mechanical, and automated systems to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.

Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Diagnose and resolve issues with PLCs and industrial control systems Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production equipment Assist with equipment installation, startup, and commissioning Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation Adhere to all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout (LOTO) protocols Collaborate with production teams to improve equipment reliability and efficiency

Qualifications:

2+ years of industrial maintenance experience Strong electrical troubleshooting skills Experience with PLCs and automation systems preferred Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical manuals Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
