Job Description

As our Maintenance Technician, you must have working knowledge of all aspects of residential facility maintenance (basic plumbing, electrical,mechanical) including the ability to troubleshoot problems and provide exceptional customer service. This is a full time position with on-call rotations.
Responsibilities include:
Completes a broad range of preventive maintenance and repairs Responds to work orders Prepare vacant suites for presentation and move-ins Maintain buildings interior and exterior, grounds upkeep Appliance installationrepair Installs, maintains and repairs plumbing fixtures Basic HVAC maintenance Knowledgeable with handpower tools Maintains safe and clean working environment All other duties as assigned What we offer Celebrating over 100 years in business, we offer a pleasant, team-oriented professional environment, competitive salary, advancement opportunities, health, dental,vision benefits, generous paid time off, 401k with company match and much more!
