Job Description
Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Pool Technician and become the essential expert responsible for maintaining the safety, cleanliness, and optimal operation of swimming pools. This role involves performing routine inspections, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring pools are pristine and functioning efficiently. Duties Conduct regular pool maintenance including water testing, chemical balancing, and cleaning to ensure optimal water quality and safety standards. Clean pools during pool construction process, removing debris with a portable cleaning setup. Perform routine inspections of pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and chlorinators to identify potential issues early. Utilize hand tools and power tools for equipment repairs, replacements, and adjustments to keep systems running smoothly. Clean pool surfaces, decks, and surrounding areas to maintain a pristine appearance and safe environment. Troubleshoot mechanical problems with pool systems by diagnosing issues accurately and implementing effective repairs. Maintain detailed service records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections performed on each pool. Assist with emergency response procedures when necessary to address safety concerns or equipment failures promptly. Requirements Demonstrated mechanical knowledge with experience in equipment repair and troubleshooting. Prior service technician experience or hands-on work with pool maintenance is highly preferred. Familiarity with pool cleaning techniques, chemical handling, and water chemistry principles is required. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for repairs and maintenance tasks. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills for record keeping and reporting. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude. Valid driver's license is required; ability to lift heavy equipment and perform physical tasks daily.
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per yearBenefits:
