TITLE:

Maintenance Technician

REPORTS TO

Property Manager SUMMARY Owner's Management Company seeks an individual with at least 2 years general maintenance experience with plumbing, electrical and minor carpentry. Duties include but are not limited to handling emergency calls in apartments, routine building maintenance, apartment work orders and prepping suites for occupancy. This person also needs to be a team player and able to manage multiple tasks concurrently.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Requires both indoor and outdoor conditions. Weekend hours may be required. • Ability to lift 50 pounds. Bend or stoop for extended periods of time, Walk up stairs

COMPENSATION

Prior Experience and Potential Vacation and PTO Pay:

$22.00 - $24.00 per hour
