This position requires tact, sensitivity, and professionalism to ensure industry-leading service delivery. Education :

High School diploma or equivalent

Skills:

Demonstrated knowledge and experience with residents having dementia preferred; Must be able to read, write, and speak the English language in an understandable manner; previous experience in a related trade preferred
