June 24, 2026 Full-Time On-site Locations Showing 1 location Salem Plant Salem, OH 44460, USA Job Details Description Our plant located in Salem Ohio is currently seeking a qualified multi-talented Maintenance Technician to repair and maintain a wide range of food processing equipment. The position requires the technical skillset to Maintain, Troubleshoot, Repair, and Improve the Reliability of electrical, and mechanical, systems. The position is for the second (afternoon) or third (night) shift. Starting rate of $27.25 per hour with an additional $1.50 shift differential. Opportunities to make up to an additional $5.00 per hour. The successful candidate must be able to safely and efficiently diagnose and repair industrial machinery utilizing logical troubleshooting methodology in a manufacturing environment with emphasis on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repair. Must be able to work overtime as required. Must be a self-motivated skilled professional. A desire to work for an industry leader in processed meats.
