We manage 10 different locations from Columbus to Groveport to Chillicothe to Urbana to Westerville. We are currently looking for someone to work out of our Sandusky, OH location. You may be needed at other locations from time to time. We use the Buildium Property Management app to assign and complete daily tasks. • Base Pay is $20+/hr depending on experience

• Responding to and completing assigned tasks from Maintenance Manager
• Interacting with current Residents regarding maintenance requests
• Identifying and communicating maintenance needs to management
• Trouble shooting Appliance, HVAC and HWT issues
• Exterior grounds and building maintenance
• Drywall repair, painting, and cleaning of vacant units
• Minor flooring, cabinetry, and door repairs
• Basic plumbing installations and repairs
• Replacement of electrical switches, outlets, and light fixtures
• Moving appliances
• Interior and Exterior Pest control

Job Qualifications:

• High Ethical Standards and Clean Criminal Background
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation and willingness to travel between locations
• Set of basic tools and ability to read a measuring tape
• Experience in construction, home remodeling or property maintenance preferred
• HVAC experience preferred
• Strong time management and Task oriented
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Good communication skills
• Ability to use Buildium smartphone app to report on assigned tasks
• Physically capable of manual labor, lifting up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable with climbing stairs and ladders as needed
• Work outside at various times all throughout the year

Pay:

From $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
