In this important role, you will help create a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our residents by maintaining the community's buildings, apartments, equipment, and grounds. From responding to resident service requests to performing preventative maintenance and repairs, your work will have a direct impact on the daily lives of our residents and team members. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs throughout the community, including resident apartments, common areas, and building systems. Respond promptly and professionally to resident maintenance requests while delivering exceptional customer service. Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliances, lighting, doors, windows, flooring, and other building components. Complete apartment turnovers, including painting, patching, fixture replacement, and general repairs to prepare homes for new residents. Maintain community equipment, mechanical systems, and life safety systems to ensure reliable operation and compliance with safety standards. Conduct routine building inspections and identify maintenance needs before they become larger issues. Assist with seasonal maintenance, landscaping support, snow removal, and exterior building upkeep as needed. Maintain accurate records of completed work orders, preventative maintenance, and repairs. Work closely with other departments to ensure the community remains clean, safe, and comfortable for residents, families, and visitors. Follow all company safety policies and procedures while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Participate in an on-call rotation to respond to emergency maintenance needs, as required. $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
