Job Description
Perform troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and production equipment in an industrial environment. Job Requirements Advanced knowledge of hand and power tools. Experience troubleshooting and repairing machinery, instrumentation, and hard-wired electrical devices. Experience troubleshooting electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical failures. Experience maintaining and repairing production machinery, conveyors, boilers, plumbing systems, pneumatic tools, and electrical systems. Experience operating drill presses, grinders, welders, and other metalworking tools. Experience bending and cutting conduit and wire. Experience drilling penetrations for electrical connections. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand for prolonged periods. Ability to frequently bend and reach. Ability to work at heights. Ability to work in varying temperature conditions. Preferred Skills 5+ years of experience with electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, PLC, schematic, and equipment troubleshooting. Strong electrical maintenance background. Experience with PLC troubleshooting. Experience reading electrical and mechanical schematics. Job Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair production machinery, instrumentation, and hard-wired electrical devices. Maintain and repair conveyors, boilers, plumbing systems, pneumatic equipment, and electrical systems. Diagnose electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical equipment failures. Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on production machinery. Fabricate and repair parts using drill presses, grinders, welders, and other metalworking equipment. Bend and cut conduit and wire for electrical installations and repairs. Drill penetrations and complete electrical connections. Respond to time-sensitive production equipment failures and maintenance needs. Prioritize and complete daily maintenance and repair activities.
Pay:
