This is a hands-on maintenance position where you will troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain a variety of manufacturing equipment and systems. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery. Install, maintain, and upgrade manufacturing equipment. Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment and automated machinery. Diagnose equipment failures and identify root causes. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Assist with repairs, fabrication, and assembly of mechanical components. Support continuous improvement efforts designed to reduce equipment downtime. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Respond to equipment issues and help restore production as quickly and safely as possible. Qualifications 2+ years of industrial maintenance, mechanical repair, or related experience Related technical education or training may also be considered. Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills. Experience working with hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Ability to troubleshoot electrical components. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Basic PLC and robotics experience preferred. Manufacturing maintenance experience preferred. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Experience Experience in any of the following areas is a plus: Industrial Maintenance Mechanical Maintenance Electro-Mechanical Maintenance PLC Troubleshooting Robotics CNC Equipment Preventive Maintenance Conveyor Systems Hydraulic Systems Pneumatic Systems Automotive or Equipment Repair Physical & Work Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, including shifts of up to 12 hours. Ability to frequently lift up to 35 pounds. Ability to perform repetitive tasks. Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures, dust, and noise.
