Our work primarily consists of preparing single-family rental homes for new tenants, along with ongoing maintenance and repair work. This is a hands-on position for someone who is comfortable working across multiple trades and can help take a property from move-out condition to clean, repaired, and rent-ready. Responsibilities Complete rental property turnovers and make-ready work Drywall patching, repair, and finishing Interior painting and touch-ups Basic plumbing repairs and fixture replacement Basic electrical repairs and fixture replacement Carpentry, trim, doors, cabinets, and hardware Flooring repairs and installation Install blinds, fixtures, shelving, and other household items Perform general maintenance and repair work Assist with cleanouts and light renovation projects Identify needed repairs and communicate issues to management Maintain a clean and organized jobsite Work independently and as part of a crew Requirements Previous property maintenance, remodeling, construction, handyman, or turnover experience preferred Working knowledge of multiple trades Comfortable using hand and power tools Ability to troubleshoot common household maintenance issues Reliable transportation Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality Able to work independently when needed Professional attitude and good communication You do not need to be an expert in every trade.
