Full Time Maintenance Worker for Apartment Communities Apartment communities in Urbana, OH and New Carlise, OH seek a full-time maintenance worker. Duties consist of repairs, painting, and refurbishing empty apartments. Experience needed in minor plumbing, electric, and drywall. Must have own hand tools and a drivers license.
