Wed 11P-5A and Thur-Sat 5P-5A What You'll Do As a Facilities Technician II, you'll help ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained facility by performing preventative maintenance, repairs, and facility improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and facility improvements Read, interpret, and complete work orders using a CMMS system Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of building maintenance issues Support electrical, plumbing, carpentry, welding, lighting, and pneumatic system repairs Perform preventative maintenance using hand and power tools Maintain racks, guardrails, batteries, and facility equipment Track inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment Gather materials needed to complete repairs and maintenance tasks Collaborate with maintenance teams and support continuous improvement initiatives Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer service Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent 5+ years of maintenance, construction, or related experience (trade school or relevant education may be combined with experience) Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, flooring repairs, and carpentry Experience safely operating a variety of hand and power tools Strong troubleshooting, organization, and communication skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to support a 24/7 operation, including holidays as needed Ability to obtain and pass required WSI certification Ability to operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT), including forklifts and people movers Preferred Qualifications Commercial facilities maintenance experience Why Join Us? Pay Details:
