A Building and General Maintenance Technician performs building maintenance and appliance repairs for an apartment complex, housing division, residential center or business, as directed by a property manager.

Maintain the systems that keep Sabra's facility running safely, smoothly, and ready to produce our beloved brands every day. What You'll Do Complete scheduled, preventive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment, including cleaning, inspections, lubrication, repairs, and required work order documentation Install, troubleshoot, maintain, and improve processing, filling, packaging, and facility equipment in a high-speed manufacturing environment Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and process systems using SOPs, manuals, electrical prints, schematics, P&IDs, and other technical documentation Disassemble, repair, rebuild, and replace components such as gearboxes, bearings, seals, sprockets, motors, pumps, and fabricated parts using precision tools and shop equipment Support safe, quality work by following safety, GMP, MRO, and quality policies while keeping the work area clean and ready for production Use SAP to document corrective and preventive maintenance, issue parts, enter inspection points, and communicate equipment issues with operators, engineers, supervisors, and other technicians Contribute to continuous improvement by reviewing maintenance history, identifying causes of waste, supporting root-cause solutions, and sharing knowledge with the team Helpful Experience 3+ year relevant experience in industrial maintenance, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, or maintenance technician roles Experience troubleshooting automated equipment, including sensors, valves, pumps, discrete I/O, PLCs, VFDs, and 480V 3-phase motors and circuits Working knowledge of basic electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and A/C-D/C testing principles Ability to solve practical problems, interpret written, verbal, diagram, or schedule-based instructions, and apply basic math concepts such as percentages, measurements, area, and volume Basic Microsoft Office and Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) experience; advanced system skills are a plus What to
