We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with their hands, and keeping equipment running safely and reliably. We are open to a range of experience levels. Whether you have several years of industrial maintenance experience or are earlier in your maintenance career with strong mechanical skills and a willingness to learn, we'd like to hear from you. Position level and starting pay will be based on your experience, skills, and demonstrated capabilities. What You'll Do Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical equipment throughout the facility
Perform preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment
Work with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Read and use mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic prints and schematics
Accurately document maintenance work in our maintenance system
Partner with production and other team members to identify and resolve equipment issues
Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout, PPE, fall protection, and other applicable requirements
Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and prevent recurring problems What We're Looking For We're flexible on the number of years you've spent in maintenance and are interested in understanding what you can do. A strong candidate may have experience with some or all of the following: Industrial or manufacturing equipment maintenance
Mechanical troubleshooting and machine repair
Hydraulics and pneumatics
Welding, cutting, and fabrication
Reading mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic prints
Using hand tools, power tools, meters, and measuring equipment
Preventive maintenance
Basic computer skills and maintenance work-order systems Most importantly, we're looking for someone who works safely, takes ownership, solves problems, and is willing to continue learning and developing their maintenance skills. Shift This position rotates shifts monthly with the crew. Candidates must be willing and able to work all four schedules:
Days:
Monday-Thursday, 6:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
Afternoons:
Monday-Friday, 2:00 p.m.-10:00 p.m.
Nights:
Monday-Friday, 10:00 p.m.-6:00 a.m.
Weekends:
Friday-Sunday, 6:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. Compensation and Benefits The Maintenance Technician position may be filled at different levels depending on the selected candidate's experience and demonstrated skills. Starting pay will be determined based on the level at which the candidate is hired.
Additional compensation and benefits include:
$1.50 per hour shift premium for 2nd and 3rd shift
$1,500 sign-on bonus
Quarterly profit-sharing opportunity (average $6,000 to $10,000 per year)
Attendance bonuses up to $1,250 annually
Overtime paid at time and a half; double time after 48 hours per week
$180 annual safety boot allowance
