Job Summary:

What You'll Do:
Answer the phone with a smile and assist our awesome clients with their needs. Dive into troubleshooting and repairing printers—no experience? No problem! We'll teach you the ropes! Process service requests, sales orders, and invoices like a pro. Keep our records organized and easy to find (because who doesn't love a tidy workspace?). Communicate with our fantastic team and other departments to keep things running smoothly. Track shipments and build relationships with our vendors—become a connection expert!
