Temp-to-Hire Job Order #: 125078 Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and dependable Plant Maintenance Technician to support manufacturing operations in Broken Arrow, OK . This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing plant equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable production. The ideal Plant Maintenance Technician has experience working in industrial environments, strong mechanical troubleshooting abilities, and hands-on experience with automated systems, motors, pumps, and production equipment. Required Experience & Skills Minimum 1 year of maintenance or plant technician experience preferred Experience in manufacturing, processing, or large industrial environments Hands-on experience with automated equipment, pumps, and electric motors Experience working with palletizers and scale systems, including zeroing and calibration Basic understanding of PLC systems and troubleshooting Familiarity with ISO standards and manufacturing procedures Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a safety-sensitive environment Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
REQUIRED
Essential Duties & Responsibilities Perform preventative maintenance on plant equipment and machinery Troubleshoot and repair automated systems, motors, pumps, and mechanical equipment Diagnose equipment failures and identify root causes of production issues Assist with calibration, maintenance, and operation of scale systems Support production by minimizing downtime and maximizing equipment reliability Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation Inspect equipment to identify potential issues before failures occur Follow all safety procedures, lockout/tagout requirements, and company policies Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and equipment upgrades as needed Preferred Qualifications Experience with industrial automation systems Previous PLC troubleshooting experience Manufacturing maintenance certifications or technical training Experience working with conveyors, production lines, or bulk material handling equipment Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and work throughout the shift Ability to work safely around moving equipment and industrial machinery Must pass required drug screening and background check Steel-toe boots required (employee-provided) Work Environment Manufacturing and industrial plant environment Exposure to machinery, motors, conveyors, automated systems, noise, and production equipment Safety-sensitive position requiring strict adherence to safety procedures PPE required while working in production areas Why You'll Want This Opportunity Competitive pay based on experience Day and night shift opportunities available Four-day work week with overtime potential Long-term temp-to-hire opportunity Opportunity to expand industrial maintenance skills and experience Stable manufacturing environment with growth potential Ready to Apply?
