In this energetic role, you will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems. Make-Ready and preventative and general maintenance knowledge is a must. Your expertise will ensure that all equipment operates smoothly, minimizing downtime and enhancing the overall environment for staff and customers alike. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical skills in a fast-paced setting while contributing to a well-maintained and safe workspace. Responsibilities Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on mechanical systems, refrigeration units, HVAC systems, kitchen equipment, and appliances to ensure optimal performance. Diagnose and repair mechanical issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools. Perform appliance installation, repair, and servicing across various equipment including HVAC/R systems, refrigeration units, and kitchen appliances. Troubleshoot complex mechanical problems related to air conditioning, HVAC systems, refrigeration, and other building systems with precision. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used; utilize maintenance management software effectively. Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools or equipment to different job sites as needed. Assist with construction projects or upgrades by providing technical support and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Qualifications Proven experience as a service technician with strong appliance repair skills and mechanical knowledge. Familiarity with schematics, HVAC & appliance technology, refrigeration systems, and mechanical systems repair. Experience in HVAC/R systems repair including air conditioning and heating units. Ability to perform appliance installation and maintenance on kitchen equipment. Knowledge of maintenance, repair operations (MRO), electrical systems, and construction experience is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly. Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles safely. Leadership qualities with the ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments. Pay:
