  • Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team.
This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Duties Perform routine maintenance on facilities, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Sheetrock, painting, unit turns. Conduct inspections and troubleshooting of equipment to identify issues and implement effective solutions. Supervise and coordinate maintenance projects, ensuring timely completion while adhering to safety standards. Oversee contractors or vendors. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing tenant concerns and requests promptly. Execute residential painting tasks as needed to maintain aesthetic standards. Work with logic controllers and other automated systems to ensure operational efficiency. Collaborate with other team members to enhance overall facility performance. Qualifications Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on tenant satisfaction. Leadership experience is preferred for supervising maintenance staff or projects. Proficiency in welding techniques is a plus. Familiarity with electrical systems and basic wiring practices is essential. Ability to perform residential painting tasks effectively. Strong problem-solving skills with a logical approach to maintenance challenges. Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
