SUMMARY:
We are seeking a skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team in Edmond. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance, with specific experience in residential properties. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of our apartment community, ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment for our residents.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Conduct routine maintenance and repairs of electrical, plumbing, and preventative maintenance Respond promptly to and complete assigned maintenance requests from residents Keep accurate records of maintenance work and inspections Adhere to safety policies and procedures at all times Assist in maintaining grounds, common areas, and property amenities including pool maintenance On-call time in rotation Perform other related duties as assigned by management
QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of experience in apartment maintenance or a related field Ability to identify issues and determine repairs that are needed Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and customer service skills High school diploma or equivalent required Must have valid drivers license and reliable transportation If you are a motivated and skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician looking for a rewarding career opportunity, we encourage you to apply.
