Job Description

General Maintenance We are seeking a reliable and skilled General Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in painting, drywall, basic electrical work, and plumbing, etc. This role is essential in ensuring our facilities remain safe, functional, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general maintenance and repairs, including painting. Knowledge of electrical, and plumbing tasks helpful. Make sure grounds are clean (trash pickup) etc. Conduct routine inspections to identify and address maintenance needs. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in general maintenance, with skills in painting, basic electrical, and plumbing work. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
