Job Description
General Property Maintenance Technician Job Summary We are looking for a dependable and hardworking General Property Maintenance Technician to help maintain residential and commercial properties. This position involves a variety of general maintenance and repair tasks to keep our properties clean, safe, and in good working order. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, takes pride in their work, and can work independently. Responsibilities Perform general maintenance and repairs on residential and commercial properties. Complete basic carpentry, painting, drywall, and other repair projects. Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs. Assist with property upkeep, including interior and exterior maintenance. Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner. Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean and organized. Work with team members and contractors on larger repair projects as needed. Qualifications Experience in general property maintenance, construction, or a related field is preferred. Ability to use basic hand and power tools. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work. Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Preferred (Not Required) Experience with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or other skilled trades is a plus, but not required.
