Job Description
Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Pool Repair & Maintenance Technician, where you'll be the driving force behind keeping aquatic facilities safe, clean, and fully operational. This energetic role involves performing routine and complex repairs, troubleshooting equipment issues, balancing pool chemistry, and ensuring all pool systems run smoothly. Duties Conduct comprehensive inspections of pool plumbing systems, pumps, filters, and other equipment to identify issues and perform necessary repairs or replacements Troubleshoot and repair pool equipment including motors, valves, filters, and water treatment systems using hand tools and power tools Balance pool chemistry by handling water treatment chemicals safely to ensure optimal water quality and compliance with health standards Perform routine pool cleaning tasks such as skimming debris, vacuuming surfaces, brushing walls, and maintaining water clarity Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, chemical usage, repairs performed, and safety inspections Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools, equipment, and chemicals to various aquatic facilities Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about maintenance needs and safety procedures Requirements Proven experience with pool maintenance, repair, or aquatic facility operations is highly preferred Strong mechanical knowledge related to pool plumbing systems and equipment troubleshooting Ability to handle water treatment chemicals responsibly while adhering to safety protocols Familiarity with pool chemistry balancing techniques for safe and clean water conditions Experience operating hand tools, power tools, and outdoor equipment in a maintenance setting Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles safely Outdoor work experience in various weather conditions is a plus; physical ability to perform manual tasks including lifting heavy equipment is required Join us in delivering top-tier aquatic facility maintenance that keeps pools safe, beautiful, and inviting!
