$29-31/hr We're looking for an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to provide coverage for two apartment communities. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently and handling a variety of maintenance requests.

Responsibilities:

Complete apartment and property maintenance work orders Perform minor plumbing repairs, including sinks and toilets Repair drywall and perform basic patching Replace light bulbs and basic fixtures Install and replace appliances Troubleshoot and resolve general maintenance issues Complete most work orders independently Major electrical and plumbing repairs are handled by outside vendors Apply Online or at
