Obtain Contact Information Job Summary Job Title Maintenance Technician Location Canby, OR Pay Earn up to $45.77/hr. through our structured wage progression, with built-in increases twice per year. Most new technicians start at $32.80/hr. , with the opportunity to advance more quickly based on experience and performance in the technical interview. Weekly pay Full wage progression over 5 years (up to +$2.77/hr. increase from start rate)
Shift Differentials:
Swing $0.50, Graveyard $0.75, Continuous Days $1.00, Continuous Nights $2.00 Shifts Compressed 3/4/4/3 schedule (3 days on/4 days off/4 days on/3 days off)
Continuous Night Shift:
6:00pm-6:30am Bonus Annual performance bonus opportunity (up to 4%). Retention bonuses available. What We Offer Paid holidays, vacation, and sick time in accordance with company policy or applicable agreements Competitive health, dental, vision, life, home/auto purchase benefit, and HAS options available Quarterly bonus opportunity - up to 4% of annual pay Retirement contribution & 401k with match Fitness reimbursement program Free employee battery program Employee referral bonus program Career growth and advancement opportunities Job Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair machinery, conveyors, and robotics Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test, and make adjustments Work with 120, 208, and 480 VAC circuits Maintain conveyors, electronics, PLC hardware, and ladder logic Work with motor control circuitry (VFDs, soft starts, etc.) Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and manuals Operate shop machines (lathe, milling machine, drill press, grinder, power saws, etc.) as needed Perform preventive maintenance to maximize uptime Adhere to all safety standards, PPE requirements, and LOTO procedures Qualifications Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience required High school diploma or equivalent Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Experience with preventive maintenance in a manufacturing setting Ability to read schematics, equipment manuals, and work orders PLC troubleshooting experience preferred but not required Commitment to teamwork and safety Additional Information Offers of employment are contingent upon successfully passing a background check and, where applicable, a drug screen.
